We currently sell at the following farmers markets:
On farm pickup on the processing day is the most economical. The 2010 on-farm processing days will be communicated via or email customer list and blog. Contact us to be added to our list.
Poultry processed at a USDA or WI state inspected facility is available for local off-farm delivery approximately one week after the on-farm processing dates. Large off-farm orders can be delivered if the quantity is sufficient. Contact us and we can discuss this further.
The USDA inspected poultry can be served in restaurants. If you represent a restaurant and are interested in a sample bird, please contact us via email or phone.
Note that there is a 10% discount for orders of ten or more on-farm broilers. These ten (or more) broilers can be spread across several processing dates in which case an adjustment will be made when the tenth broiler is paid for.
Note that there is a 10% discount on delivered orders of ten or more broilers per delivery location.
